• Arrange viewings or accompany viewers and select suitable tenants
• Process application forms and carry out credit reference searches on Tenants and Guarantors
• Prepare Lease and Standing Order and arrange for Tenant and Guarantor to sign( we set up Standing Order )
• Collect Deposit, first month's Rent and forward to Landlord.
