  • Maintenance emergencies during the festive period

    Due to the festive period, our maintenance service is restricted to emergencies only. (Water ingress where those present on site cannot deal with it between themselves, or communal door locks where residents cannot gain access). These can be reported on our emergency helpline number 0800 083 4659. Please note that there is a £60 charge payable for use of this service


    All other emergency contact details (e.g. lifts, fire panels etc) can be found in the communal areas within your development. Details on manual release instructions for vehicle gates that are inoperative can be found on the owners portal (previously known as the tenant portal)
